The “Oaza Spokoju” housing estate
Convenient access
The “Oaza Spokoju” residential estate is located in the municipality of Żabia Wola. The Żabia Wola municipality covers the area of of 10,561 ha. The typical agricultural area with a predominance of medium- and low-fertility soils is becoming a recreational and leisure space.
The municipality is located south-west of Warsaw, 25-40 km away from the capital, on the S8 expressway leading to Katowice.
The municipality is characterised by convenient access, lack of large industrial plants and not very developed craftsmanship, which contributes to the growing number of new residential, commercial and leisure plots.
Extraordinary landscape
The landscape value is enhanced by forest complexes with many monumental trees – the protected zone called “Skulski Las” and the “Skuły-Zachód”nature reserve. The picturesque landscape is created by the valleys of the rivers flowing down from Wysoczyzna Rawska – Utrata, Mrowna, Pisia – Tuczna and Pisia Gągolina.
The large forest area, silence and clean air encourage walks along the numerous hiking trails. The well-preserved historic palace and park complexes also deserve attention.
